The Altius Nordic Ski Club Virtual Annual General Meeting  is scheduled at 3:00pm on June 19th, 2021. 

A virtual sign in register will be set up, details of which will be explained at the beginning of the meeting. Voting for re-elected or new board members will be open to all members present and will be carried out using the hand icons. The method will be explained prior to votes being cast.
